Role responsibilities
 |
Responding to product inquiries in an inbound and outbound phone environment |
|
Using consultative sales techniques to help customers determine their sleep needs and respond to those needs appropriately |
|
Schedule in-home appointments for customers willing to get more information |
Qualifications
|
High School Diploma / GED minimum |
|
One year customer service/sales experience an asset |
|
Exceptional communication skills like, the ability to ask relevant questions, build rapport and demonstrate respect through active listening |
|
Flexible to work shifts |
|
A team player with the ability to positively influence others and a willingness to share knowledge |
|
Displays good judgment and remains composed under pressure |
